Minimum Orders:

First time minimum order is $50.00.

All other orders are minimum $25.00.

$3.00 will be added to all orders less than $25.00
Shipping:

Orders over $200.00 will receive free shipping in the
continental US standard UPS or FedEx ground. COD orders will be charged an
additional $7.50 for COD fee even if the order is over $200.00.

Orders are promptly shipped within 3 to 5 working days.

Express delivery (3 day air, 2nd day air, or next day air)
may be chosen for an additional fee.
Breakage:

Although we make every attempt to avoid breakage it
sometimes occurs. Please examine your orders carefully—all
breakage must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your product.

Save damaged merchandise. Glass on Silk will send a
call tag to pick up the damaged products and send replacements
promptly. All replacements will be sent standard ground.

Cost of expediting the shipment of replacements will be
billed to the customer. Please order far enough in advance to avoid
this additional cost.

Payment:

Visa, Mastercard, COD, Money Orders and Checks accepted.

New customer orders will be shipped with COD or credit
card payments only.

Net 30 terms may be granted by returning a completed
credit application for approval.

A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to
delinquent accounts.

Net 30 account status will be withdrawn from any account
with a balance beyond 60 days.
